Currently all products that are shipped within the UK are via Royal Mail Tracked24 with Signature. They are all tracked and require a signature on delivery.
Currently all products that are shipped outside of the UK are either via Royal Mail International Tracked or International Signed. They are tracked and may require a signature on delivery.
Note: If you are outside the UK, you may be charged an import duty by your local customs department, this is your responsibility to settle in it's entirity.

We ship your products in good faith that they will arrive safely, in time and without any damage to the packaging or product. If your product was damaged in transit, please contact us using the Contact Us Form on the Site and make sure you have photographs of the damaged packaging/product to hand. We will contact you via email to arrange for the return and replacement once received at no further cost to you.
If you are not entirely happy with your product or no longer require it, you can return it at your cost and as long as we receive the product back in resaleable condition (as new) will process a refund minus the original shipping cost. Please contact us using the Contact Us Form on the Site and include the order number and reason for return and we will be in contact with you.
